What is the maximum PDF size?
The MVP accepts one PDF up to 200 MB and 2,000 pages. Splitting every page is capped at 500 output files to protect browser memory.
Can I change the order of selected pages?
Yes. In selected-pages mode, the order you type is retained. For example, 3,1-2 creates a PDF with page 3 followed by pages 1 and 2.
Why is a ZIP used?
Browsers handle a single intentional download more reliably than hundreds of simultaneous downloads. A single range or selected-page result downloads directly as a PDF.
Are bookmarks and digital signatures preserved?
Page-level content is copied, but document-level features can be omitted. Splitting a signed PDF generally invalidates its signature because the document changes.
